Role Description

Working closely with the Executive Assistant, you will coordinate the day-to-day administration and logistics that keep things running smoothly for the Founder & Producer, Jamie Wilson. From organising travel & scheduling to supporting events & maintaining accurate records, no two days are the same.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the arts, gaining a unique insight into the day-to-day life of a commercial theatre producer and the operation of a successful production company.

You will work closely with the Executive Assistant and wider Office Team, supporting business activities where required while ensuring the Founder and Producer's professional and personal commitments are delivered seamlessly.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a PA or scheduling role.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communicates clearly, concisely and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable and highly professional.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a supportive team member.
  • Flexible, adaptable and solutions-focused.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
  • An interest in commercial theatre and live entertainment, and a desire to build a career within the arts.

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent, subject to 3-month probation period

Hours: 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday - due to the nature of the position there may be occasion to work outside of these hours to support the Founder as required

Location: Primarily the London Office, with the occasional need to visit other locations
