Pack Compilation Team Leader
LEVEL 5
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Pack Compilation Team Leader to join our Networks team, supporting high quality delivery of CDM and Health & Safety documentation across our operations, while assisting with other Pre-Construction activities including tracking progress, internal and external stakeholder engagement, providing updated workloads to the Pre-Construction Officers and other Pre-Construction Admin tasks.
This is a full time role, based in Sheffield Clay Wheels Lane on a hybrid basis typically 2-3 days in the office with travel across the network as and when required.

You’ll help ensure compliance with legislation, improve processes, and enhance performance through continuous improvement and strong leadership.
This is a hands on leadership role where you’ll influence team outcomes, improve ways of working, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Lead pack compilation activities
- Manage and motivate a team responsible for pack compilation activities
- Support delivery teams by managing queries and escalations
- Work closely with the Pre-Construction Engineer and Pre-Construction Officers to support wider Pre-Construction activities
Manage team performance and delivery
- Lead and develop a Pack Compilation Administrator to deliver high quality outputs
- Monitor performance using management information and KPIs

Drive quality and compliance
- Ensure all documentation meets required compliance and quality standards
- Promote a culture of safe team working
Drive continuous improvement
- Identify and implement improvements across pack compilation processes
- Use performance data and feedback to optimise team output
Collaborate across teams
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Networks, Asset Investment, and delivery partners
- Liaise with external stakeholders where required

Experience
- Experience managing workloads, priorities, and deadlines effectively

- Proficient in systems and analytical tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
- Ability to analyse performance data and drive improvements
