Pack Order Control Admin
ABOUT THE ROLE
DP World is seeking a proactive Pack Order Control Admin to support production continuity and ensure smooth order flow across operational departments.
In this role, you will coordinate packing orders, monitor materials and timelines, and ensure that customer and production requirements are met accurately and on schedule. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, preventing delays, and supporting high-quality delivery standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support operational teams with packing and order-related queries

Ensure production downtime is minimized through effective coordination

Maintain accurate project and shipment data within the DP World order book

Release packing orders to production lines in line with build plans and staffing levels

Liaise with RFU and internal teams to ensure timely material availability

Assist in investigating customer concerns and implementing corrective actions

Identify root causes of issues and support sustainable countermeasures

Maintain standard work procedures and quality processes to ensure “Right First Time” delivery

Ensure customer-required quality processes are followed according to specifications (e.g. QCOS)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications & experience
-
High school diploma required; further education preferred
-
Proven experience in order processing, production control, or operations coordination
-
Familiarity with ERP systems (AOS, SAP or similar)
-
Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse operational data
-
Ability to understand process diagrams and operational workflows
-
Fluent English and Czech required
