We’re looking for a design-loving Trouble Maker!

As a Packaging Artworker, you will work closely with external suppliers and internal product, marketing, and sales teams. With the guidance of the Creative Director, you’ll ensure packaging not only looks great but is functional, compliant, and aligned with branding.

We want someone who can make the most of our new & fast-growing fun beauty brand Trouble Maker and help us bring it to life every day! Our ideal person will have previous experience in a beauty or packaging related design/artwork role.

We are operating brands, supporting founders, and building our own brands, so there will be lots of opportunities to make a difference.

What you'll do:

  • Product Coordinating: Working closely with the NPD team to begin new briefs and see get approved INCIs & new SKU/Barcodes etc to finalise product artworks, seeing them through from start to finish.
  • Packing Design: We have a strong brand identity with lots of colour and opportunity for fun design.
  • Product Renders: Mock-up product CADs for presentations and help the product team visualise concepts.
  • Team Consistency: Working closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure consistency in brand story.
  • Cross Category Function: Sharing the responsibility of business design requirements from EPD & NPD to Trade Show Designs and PR designs with the team, with a core focus on print-ready product artworks.
  • Communication: Liaising with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smoother processes.

What you'll have:

  • Experience working with brand guidelines and packaging style guides.
  • A commercial mindset within design to help customers understand the product at a glance.
  • Enviable organisational skills & ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively (even the creative stuff must get done on time!).
  • Experience managing print-ready compliance in cosmetics.
  • Diligent proofreading with attention to grammar, spelling, and maintaining organised file management and version control.
  • A keen eye for packaging trends.
  • A pure interest in makeup & the beauty world is ideal.
  • Understanding of colour separation and print-ready artwork setup.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and organised approach to work.
