Department: Responsible Sourcing

Description
We are looking for someone to join the responsible materials team on a three-month fixed-term contract to support a packaging compliance project.
The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of packaging legislation, packaging or product compliance. They will be responsible for coordinating and collecting documentation required to support compliance with the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
Key responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinate and manage requests across our external supply chain to obtain compliance documentation including technical files, test reports, and supporting evidence.
- Review documentation for completeness and following up where required.
- Collate and organise Declarations of Conformity to support PPWR requirements.
- Maintain accurate tracking progress to ensure project deadlines are met.
This role would suit someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, experience managing retail supply chain relationships, and experience working with technical or compliance documentation in a product or packaging environment.
