This is a standout opportunity for a senior Packaging Design Engineer to work at the heart of a design-led, fast paced environment delivering production ready innovative packaging for beauty, cosmetic and FMCG products. You’ll play a critical role in transforming creative ideas into technically sound, manufacturable solutions, with no margin for error.

- Engineer structurally robust packaging solutions for liquid-based FMCG products.
- Design for mass manufacture across plastic, metal and glass components.
- Translate creative intent into validated, production ready designs.
- Apply DfMA, FMEA and tolerance stack up analysis to optimise performance.
- Prepare and validate technical drawings for tooling, costing and production.
- Support tooling qualification, sampling, testing and FAIR reviews.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering and project teams.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working to demanding timelines.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Product or Packaging Engineering (or equivalent).
- Extensive experience in packaging or product engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of liquid packaging systems and assemblies.
- Cross material expertise in plastic, metal & glass is essential.
- Confident working with high volume manufacturing and quality validation.
- Innovation, speed and technical excellence are essential to how we live and work.
