Packaging Manager
Package Manager – Luxury Hospitality Project 12-Month Contract | £350/day Outside IR35 | Central London
We are working with a leading contractor delivering one of London’s most design-led luxury hospitality developments, and they are now looking to appoint a Package Manager to support the delivery of specialist packages on site.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a flagship high-end project with a strong pipeline of bespoke interior and fit-out packages.
The Role Reporting day-to-day into the Senior Project Team, you will take ownership of multiple specialist construction packages, managing the coordination, delivery and stakeholder interaction across highly bespoke spaces.

Packages will include a range of specialist interior and fit-out works across bespoke areas of the project, including finishes, glazing systems, joinery and associated construction packages. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day site delivery, coordinating subcontractors, managing programme and quality expectations, and working closely with the client, consultants and wider design team.
Requirements Main contractor background is essential Strong construction management / package management experience Experience managing high-end interior or hospitality packages Ability to manage subcontractors, consultants, clients and stakeholders effectively Strong understanding of site delivery and programme coordination Luxury hospitality or premium residential project experience is highly desirable
