About MOMO Kombucha

We are on a mission to produce the UK's best-tasting and highest quality kombucha. To achieve that we brew the traditional way and leave our kombucha raw and full of live cultures for a greater depth of flavour. Plus, we’re certified organic: better for you and better for the environment.

With every bottle of MOMO, we hope to inspire people to live healthier and more connected lives. We’re a proud B Corp and featured on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list in 2024 and 2025. You’ll find MOMO in Ocado, Riverford, GAIL’s, Planet Organic, Whole Foods Market, and over 1,200 independents.

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Packaging Specialist to join our team and help us shape our packaging operations as we continue to scale. Our Packaging Specialists are the crucial final step in our production - operating our bottling machine, labeller and depalletiser to take the UK’s best loved kombucha from tank, to bottle, to case, to fridge.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading business in a growing sector. A keen eye for detail, diligent record-keeping, and high standards of cleanliness are essential - we are SALSA certified and operating to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is a must.

This role involves standing for extended periods, moving cases of product, repetitive tasks and working in a busy production environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
