Create packaging that sells, performs and stands out.
A fast-growing beauty and personal care business is looking for a Packaging Technologist to help bring innovative skincare, personal care and gifting products to market. This is a chance to join an ambitious, growing beauty business where packaging is central to product success.
You'll get exposure to major retailers, international brands, global suppliers and live product launches with plenty of scope to build your technical expertise and grow with the business.
The Packaging Technologist role
You'll be involved across the full packaging development process, helping turn ideas into finished products for major retailers and consumer brands.

You'll take ownership of:
- Developing packaging from concept through to launch
- Sourcing new materials, components and packaging formats
- Supporting artwork, print and packaging approvals
- Driving packaging innovation, sustainability and recyclability improvements
- Working with suppliers and manufacturers to solve technical challenges
- Maintaining specifications, documentation and packaging standards
- Keeping projects moving at pace in a fast-moving beauty environment
What you'll bring
