A GBP 14.00 to A GBP 14.50ph + Regular Overtime Opportunities + Free Parking
39 Hours per Week Monday to Friday (Plus Overtime Opportunities)
Packing Manager required for a leading manufacturing company with a history of over 35 years. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable business where you will play an integral role.
This role would suit candidates with experience leading teams in packing, production or despatch environments. Candidates from any manufacturing industry are encouraged.

The Packing Manager will be responsible for leading the packing and despatch team of four, ensuring high-quality products are securely packed and quality checked for shipping. This will be a largely hands-on role where team leadership and coordination will also remain key.
The Packing Manager Role
- Hands-on and managerial: supervising and training a team of four, plus additional agency staff
- Allocate daily tasks based on production schedules
- Inspect finished goods for defects, damages, or missing items
- Utilise materials such as foam edging and bubble wrap to safely secure items
- Communication between teams and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager for timeframes for despatch and generate shipping labels
- Overtime where required
- Planning and attention to detail
