Join Our Team as a Packing Operative
37.5 Hours per week– £13.03 per hr + Overtime & Benefits.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Packing Operative to join our team.
You'll be working across four dynamic brands, using onsite tools and equipment to carefully pack a wide range of products. Your work will help ensure that every order leaves our facility securely packaged, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack multiple product types using various tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Meet daily packing output targets set by your supervisor.
- Develop custom packaging solutions for new product lines.
- Take ownership of your tasks and contribute to team success.
- Share process improvement ideas and best practices.
- Recycle waste correctly in designated streams.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience working in a factory or production environment.
- Confident using tools and equipment safely.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
What We Offer:
- £13.03 per hour + 1.5x overtime rate.
- 37.5 - hour contract (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30).
