Summary As a Packing Operative, you will be part of a fast-paced and high performing team responsible for all manner of nutraceuticals into sachets, packets and pots ready for distribution. You’ll work in a clean, safe and supportive environment where teamwork, accuracy and achieving daily targets are the key to success. Who are we? Our headquarters and manufacturing facility are located in Bicester, with a second storage warehouse nearby. Since fitting out our state-of-the-art clean rooms and manufacturing facility in 2019, we have continued to invest in our infrastructure to better serve our customers and enhance operational efficiency. What will you do? Pack powders, capsules and tablets into sachets, packets and pots accurately and efficiently. Follow packing and quality standards at all times. Carry out quality checks to ensure packed products meet required standards. Complete packing records and documentation accurately. Keep work areas clean, organised and GMP compliant. Help maintain efficiency and achieve daily packing targets. Work as part of a high-volume, target-driven team to meet customer deadlines. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in packing, warehouse, production or manufacturing is helpful (full training provided). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to follow instructions and work consistently within set processes. Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Physically able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive packing tasks. Reliable, motivated and willing to learn.
