ROLE: Production Packer
LOCATION: Wellingborough
HOURS OF WORK: 2PM - 10PM
BASIC SALARY: £13.86 - £20.79 per hour
Company Profile
Our client is looking for reliable Production Packers to join their team in Wellingborough on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role involves packing finished products efficiently while ensuring all quality and safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a long-established manufacturing company that has been producing high-quality automotive refinishing products for more than 70 years.

In This Production Packer Role, You Will
- Pack finished products ready for dispatch
- Build and prepare packaging materials for production
- Refill production lines with the required components
- Operate packing and filling machinery following full training
- Complete production records accurately and monitor output
- Keep the work area clean, organised, and safe at all times
To be successful as a Production Packer, you will need:
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- A positive attitude and willingness to undertake long-term work
- Good communication skills
- The ability to follow company procedures, health and safety guidelines, and workplace standards
