Featuring six competition-level padel courts, luxury changing facilities, a five-star wellness environment, and an artisan café, Padel8 will be a vibrant community where sport, hospitality and lifestyle come together.

We're looking for an ambitious, customer-focused General Manager to lead our flagship venue from the front. If you have experience managing a premium hospitality, hotel, leisure or fitness business and love delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of Padel8, ensuring the club consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.
  • Create a welcoming, professional and energetic atmosphere that encourages member loyalty and community engagement.
  • Drive membership sales, retention and revenue growth through exceptional service and commercial awareness.
  • Oversee bookings, memberships, retail, café operations and all additional revenue streams.
  • Plan and deliver leagues, tournaments, corporate events, social evenings and member experiences.
  • Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing team, creating a positive culture built around service excellence.
  • Ensure the club, courts and facilities are maintained to impeccable standards at all times.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly, professionally and positively.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, schools and community organisations to grow memberships and corporate partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Directors to identify opportunities for growth, innovation and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
