Padel Coach
Company Description Slazenger Padel Club is a sports facility dedicated to providing high-quality padel coaching and excellent experience for players of all levels. We are passionate about growing the sport of padel and are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced padel coach to join our team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Padel Coach to deliver top-notch coaching of players of varying abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate players. You will be responsible for planning and conducting trainning sessions, developing player skill and fostering a posstiive and inclusive environment. Job Description Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs. Assess players skill and provide constructive feedback. Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training. Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities. Assist with the development of junior players. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during the sessions. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service. Qualifications Proven experience as a padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications. Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules. Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skills. Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
