About Padelero
Padelero is on a mission to make the UK's fastest growing sport, padel, more accessible and inclusive. We work with clubs, schools, local authorities and community groups to create welcoming environments where people of all ages and abilities can discover and enjoy this amazing sport!
We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging Padel Coaches to deliver high-quality coaching sessions for players of all ages and levels, from complete beginners through to more experienced players. This is a fantastic opportunity for a coach who is passionate about developing players, building local communities and helping grow one of the world's fastest-growing sports.
Your role
- Deliver safe, enjoyable and inclusive padel coaching sessions.
- Coach players of all ages and abilities, including juniors, adults and seniors.
- Lead individual and group coaching sessions.
- Support beginner introduction programmes and community outreach activities.
- Encourage player development and long-term participation in the sport.
- Assist with social events, competitions, camps and club activities where required.
- Promote a positive and welcoming culture both on and off court.

Your experience
- Minimum 2 years' coaching experience in padel.
- Recognised padel coaching qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for developing players and growing participation in padel.
- Ability to coach players with varying levels of experience and confidence.
- Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach.
- First Aid and DBS certification (or willingness to obtain) desirable.
