An Opportunity to Join Our Paediatric Capacity Team
An opportunity to join our fantastic Paediatric Capacity Team on a full-time basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic children’s nurse to work within the team.
Our children’s hospital provides care for children as part of secondary and tertiary services. The team comprises of four capacity managers.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be dynamic, motivated, and able to juggle multiple competing priorities. You will have significant clinical experience and be a competent communicator. The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable as well as being passionate about service improvement.
Responsibilities
The role of the Patient Capacity Manager is to ensure flow through The Royal London Children’s hospital is safe, timely, and coordinated. This role will work with the Senior Clinical Site Team to ensure the daily operational strategy to support is aligned to maintaining emergency and elective care performance 24/7.
