Libertatem, a growing healthcare group in Cornwall, are seeking passionate Part-Time Paediatric Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to deliver exceptional care to a young child with significant complex needs, including non-verbal communication.

You’ll receive intensive training to help care for a young child at home, under strict medical guidance. Daily responsibilities include:

- Administering enteral feeds
- Assisting with medication administration
- Performing oral suctioning as required
- Seizure management, including epilepsy rescue medication
✅ Core Requirements
- Experience in complex care (children or adults preferred)
- Confidence with medication administration (formal training provided)
- Warm, friendly, and patient personality with a calm demeanour
- Strong communication skills to support families and ensure clarity
- Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care
- Full UK driving licence (preferred, due to remote client locations)
