You will be:
- Working with patients to help them participate in sporting events and physical activities.
- Delivering hydrotherapy, rebound therapy, and equine-assisted therapy.
- Providing individualized, community-based care across a range of settings.
- Managing your own flexible caseload independently.
- Collaborating with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams.

We are looking for:
- Chartered physiotherapist with current HCPC registration.
- Experience in paediatric or young adult neurological physiotherapy.
- Community-based care experience (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Motivation to help patients achieve meaningful goals.
- Ability to work autonomously across varying environments.
