This Paediatric Occupational Therapist role is ideal for an experienced children’s OT who wants a clear, flexible role with an established caseload, practical support, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact with children and young people across Hampshire. You’ll work across schools, homes, clinic and community settings, supporting neurodiverse children and young people with assessment, treatment planning and therapy input.

Why This Role

This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and exposure to a varied paediatric caseload across school, home, clinic and community settings. Unlike similar roles, this position gives you ownership of your diary and caseload, with home working for report writing and admin, while still providing supervision, induction and clinical support.

The Role: Paediatric Occupational Therapist

In this role, you will spend most of your time completing assessments, delivering therapy sessions, writing reports and supporting children and young people with sensory needs, motor skills, self-regulation and functional participation. You’ll work closely with parents, carers, schools and other professionals, with a caseload allocated within a reasonable Hampshire radius.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
