Senior Healthcare Practitioner – Multi-Disciplinary Team Role
About the Role
The postholder will work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing and further developing care for patients across the service. The individual will also actively contribute to the general workload of the Care Group, supporting the full spectrum of treatment and management duties essential for the unit’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of patient care, including all aspects of treatment and clinical management.
- Shared responsibility for 24/7 cover of the Unit on a rota basis, including covering colleagues’ annual leave and short-term sickness.
- Participation in audit and clinical governance programmes.
- Attending outpatient clinic commitments in peripheral hospitals, as agreed with the Care Group management team.
