We are delighted to announce an opportunity to join our prestigious team in London as a Page, reporting to the Head Concierge. This pivotal role ensures our guests and residents receive impeccable service at every point of entry and departure—where first and lasting impressions shape the overall experience.

The Peninsula London is your gateway to an exceptional career in luxury hospitality, working at one of London’s most high-profile flagship hotels and residences. You’ll be part of an award-winning group, delivering luxury service to our clients while supporting a dedicated team of colleagues.


Key Accountabilities

  • Welcoming Guests: Personally greet all arriving and departing guests at all hotel and residence entrances—setting a positive and elegant tone.
  • Forecourt Assistance: Sit Peninsula inside-out at our forecourt, providing seamless support for guests and drivers when entering or leaving vehicles.
  • Guest Engagement: Build strong, positive relationships with guests by giving advice, directions, and local knowledge while elevating feedback for recovery actions.
  • Environmental Excellence: Maintain the forecourt, lobby, and surrounding areas with cleanliness and safety as a priority—permits, permits unnecessary delays.
  • Concierge Services: Execute errands, requests, and ultra-personalised touches that enhance the guest experience.

We are seeking a people-first professional with:

  • Strong knowledge of customer service and a passion for excellence.
  • Experience in a front office or hospitality role (roles similar to hotel assistant, greeting staff, or concierge-assisted roles are beneficial).
  • Exceptional communication skills—ability to engage guests and colleagues professionally at all times.
  • Time and task management (multitasking, adaptable mindset, consistent positivity), especially in work environments that require efficiency under pressure.
  • Flexibility and reliability—competence to navigate challenging and unpredictable demands.
