Performance Marketer | Manchester – Hybrid | OTE £65,000

Who We Are

At Leadly, we’re a fast-growing performance marketing agency on a mission to transform how financial services brands generate and convert leads. We don’t do corporate red tape or micromanagement. We hire smart, driven people and give them the freedom to make an impact.

Our team is made up of curious thinkers, data lovers and creative problem-solvers who work together to deliver campaigns that perform. If you’re obsessed with results and love testing, scaling, and winning, you’ll fit right in.

The Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to join our paid media team. You’ll be someone who lives for testing creative, analysing data and driving performance through Meta Ads Manager.

Working alongside senior account managers you’ll manage and scale paid social campaigns for multiple brands. You’ll play a key role in shaping growth strategies, driving quality lead generation, and achieving ambitious ROI goals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
