The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven PPC Account Manager to join a specialist team where performance, innovation, and collaboration are at the core.
You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing paid media strategies, working closely with clients to deliver campaigns that genuinely impact their business growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, data-led environment where your ideas and insights make a difference, this role offers plenty of scope to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement results-driven PPC strategies aligned to client objectives
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other platforms (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Analyse performance data and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement
- Communicate strategy and results to clients in a clear and engaging way
- Identify new opportunities for growth across both new and existing accounts
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across paid and organic channels
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital opportunities

What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong copywriting skills with great attention to detail
- Highly organized with strong time management skills

- Agency experience
- Experience across Paid Social platforms
- Understanding of wider digital channels (SEO, email, social)
- Google Ads certification
