A fast-growing, mission-driven wellness company is seeking a Paid Content Creator to produce high-performing, social-first creative that drives customer acquisition and business growth across paid social channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking, enjoys testing new ideas, and understands how to create content that not only captures attention but converts.
The Basics:
- Full-time & hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the London HQ

The Role:
This is a hands-on, end-to-end content role with significant creative ownership. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating performance-driven social content designed to maximise engagement, conversions and return on ad spend.
Content Creation + Production:
- Own the full content lifecycle: ideation, planning, shooting, editing and delivery
- Create high-quality, short-form video content specifically for paid social campaigns
- Deliver content at speed and scale while maintaining creative excellence
- Build efficient production workflows and creative systems
- Utilise AI and other creative tools to increase output and testing opportunities

Creative Development + Storytelling:
- Generate fresh advertising concepts and creative angles based on campaign objectives
- Translate growth briefs into compelling, conversion-focused creative
- Develop content tailored to different audiences, customer personas and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with Growth and Brand teams to develop new creative concepts and paid formats
- Turn business priorities, customer insights and campaign objectives into high-performing creative
Performance Optimisation + Innovation:
- Create content with performance and conversion at the forefront from initial concept
- Analyse creative performance using campaign data and platform insights
- Continuously iterate creative based on testing, audience insights and best practice
- Maintain visibility across live campaigns, creative testing and performance results
The Person:
- 2+ years' experience creating and editing social-first video content
- Strong understanding of paid social content and what drives performance
- Comfortable interpreting campaign performance metrics and applying learnings to future creative
- Highly creative while maintaining a commercial mindset
- Skilled in videography and editing, with proficiency in industry-standard editing software
- Able to transform growth objectives into engaging, conversion-focused creative
- Organised and efficient, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously with a high degree of ownership
- Open to feedback and driven by measurable results
- Confident directing contributors or talent when needed
