Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Role

Join Frive at the perfect moment!

Frive is growing fast, and paid content is the engine driving it. You’ll be one of the people making that happen.

No red tape, just space to create the kind of content people actually want to watch, and see it land. We're not just here to compete in the meal prep space - we want Frive to become a leading brand across social and content, full stop.

You'll produce high-performing, paid-first content for Frive, built to stop the scroll, hold attention, and convert. You'll take growth and performance briefs and turn them into scroll-stopping creative at speed and at scale, with total ownership from idea to final export.

What You'll Do

  • Independently plan, shoot, and edit content built to win in the paid feed - video-first, but briefing our in-house graphic designer or producing simpler static and carousel assets yourself where the format calls for it
  • Generate new ad concepts regularly, not just execute what's handed to you, with a clear point of view on hooks, treatments, and formats
  • Bring persona-specific thinking to every piece - this is about who we're talking to, not just what we're saying
  • Manage multiple briefs and projects simultaneously, delivering high volumes of strong creative quickly
  • Use AI tools to work smarter and scale output without diluting quality
  • Mine performance data (e.g. CTR, hook rate, conversion) to see what's working and what’s not, feeding it straight back into the next brief
  • Collaborate with growth and brand to develop new creative territories and ad formats
  • Spot the insight in a product, campaign, or customer story and turn it into content that converts
