Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of various ‘paid’ digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and paid media buying.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts by developing tailored digital marketing strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Oversee campaign management from inception to execution, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Conduct media buying across various platforms to optimise ad spend and maximise return on investment.
  • Utilise tools such as DoubleClick and Google Ads to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring audience interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience gained within paid digital media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and strategies – across paid social, display and search.
  • Strong campaign management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings.
  • Proficient in Google Ads management for effective online advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

You will be working with a mix of clients which include SMEs, new start-ups, and within the E-Commerce sector.

The office environment is based in a lovely building and offers a separate area for lunch with a TV to enjoy! It is situated close to a park, so plenty of options to enjoy time out at lunch! The team works closely together, and you will be in the mix from the off!
