Paid Digital Marketing Lead
6 Month Contract - Outside IR35 Remote, UK
A contract opportunity for an experienced Paid Digital Marketing Lead to own the day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid digital programs for a fast-growing B2B SaaS business, spanning Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, Meta, Reddit and emerging channels. The Paid Digital Marketing Lead will play a central role in driving ICP account reach, pipeline creation and revenue impact, with genuine ownership of channel strategy rather than just campaign delivery.
The Paid Digital Marketing Lead will be hands-on in the platforms every day, building and optimising campaigns, while also shaping channel mix, budget allocation and account-based targeting strategy using ABM and intent data platforms. AI is central to how this role operates, with tools like Claude integrated into daily workflows to accelerate research, creative iteration, reporting and optimisation, so this suits someone genuinely curious about applying AI to raise the speed and quality of their work.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
