JOB OVERVIEW As Paid Influencer Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing SEGA’s paid influencer campaigns across EMEA, with a primary focus on France and Germany as our priority growth markets. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of impactful paid influencer strategies that drive awareness, engagement and brand affinity for SEGA’s portfolio of Western and Japanese titles. Whilst France and Germany will sit at the heart of the remit, you will also be expected to support and lead influencer activity across other non-English speaking EMEA markets as required, ensuring regional relevance and cultural resonance. This role requires deep, hands-on knowledge of the gaming and entertainment influencer ecosystem, including creators, community behaviours, and platform dynamics across key EMEA territories. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with creators, talent agencies, and platform partners, while aligning influencer activations with SEGA’s wider campaign and product goals. You will be the business’s expert on the creator economy across EMEA, using your expertise to inform campaign development, drive innovation, and shape SEGA’s voice across the influencer landscape. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of paid influencer strategies across EMEA, with France and Germany as the primary focus markets. Build and execute paid influencer plans across different campaign budget levels and market tiers, ensuring investment is scaled appropriately to market opportunity, campaign objectives, and title priorities. Own end-to-end influencer campaign delivery, from briefing and creator selection through to activation, reporting, and optimisation. Build and maintain strong relationships with French and German creators, talent agencies, and platform partners, while expanding capability across wider non-English speaking EMEA markets including territories such as Spain, Italy, Nordics, Benelux and Poland where required. Collaborate closely with earned influencer teams to ensure paid creator activity dovetails with the wider earned and organic creator approach, delivering a joined-up creator strategy across all campaign beats. Partner with the Paid Media team to identify creator content suitable for paid amplification, ensuring assets are optimised for channel requirements. Work closely with Product Marketing and Studio Brand to develop integrated go-to-market plans featuring influencer content as a central pillar. Manage influencer agencies and partners, ensuring creative excellence, local cultural relevance, and measurable performance outcomes. Identify market-specific creator opportunities that authentically connect SEGA titles with local gaming and entertainment communities. Own campaign measurement and performance analysis for paid influencer activity, using channel and creator performance data to optimise activations, improve media efficiency, and inform future creator strategy and paid amplification. Represent EMEA paid influencer marketing in global planning conversations, ensuring regional nuance is reflected across campaigns. Stay at the forefront of trends across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and emerging creator platforms, with particular focus on continental European market behaviours. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Required 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or content-led media, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or wider media industry. Proven track record of developing and delivering influencer campaigns that drive measurable outcomes across awareness, engagement, and performance objectives. Strong understanding of the EMEA influencer landscape, with demonstrable experience activating across non-English speaking markets. Experience managing end-to-end creator campaigns, including briefing, creator selection, activation, optimisation and reporting. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing influencer agencies, talent partners, and platform relationships. Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines simultaneously. Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and relationship-building capability. Passion for gaming, creator culture, and the evolving influencer ecosystem. Desired Deep knowledge of the French and German influencer landscape, including key creators, talent agencies, and platform behaviours. Experience leading campaigns specifically in France and Germany. Ability to speak French and/or German, with fluency in one or both considered a strong advantage. Experience activating campaigns across additional EMEA markets such as Spain, Italy, Poland, Nordics, or Benelux. Prior experience within the video games or entertainment sector. Strong understanding of creator-led content trends across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
