Our Team
The Paid Marketing Department comprises a number of Teams advertising across a range of different digital marketing channels; these include Paid Search and Display (advertising on Google & Bing etc), Paid Social (Facebook & Instagram) & Native (native platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, Mediago). We aim to create precisely targeted campaigns to engage positively with our customers. As a member of our team, you’ll need strong analytical skills and a keen eye for picking through data. We have a strong culture of creativity, too; you’ll be able to try out almost any campaign idea you can think of. With over 5 billion impressions a month, you’ve probably seen our ads somewhere around the internet.

The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Native Marketing Specialist to join our Paid Marketing team. You’ll manage a high-revenue portfolio of native advertising campaigns (Taboola, Outbrain, etc.), driving performance through smart targeting, creative testing, and innovative strategies.
In this senior role, you’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, deliver growth against key metrics, and act as a role model for best practice in performance marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, build strong relationships with platform partners, and contribute to team-wide initiatives that improve processes, tools, and training.
What you’ll do
- Own and optimise a large portfolio of native ad campaigns to hit performance targets.
- Develop and test new strategies, platforms, and creatives.
- Present results and strategies to senior stakeholders and influence business direction.
- Mentor and train team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Drive process improvements and support key projects across the Native and Americas teams.
- Build strong partnerships with platform reps and, where needed, clients.
