This is an opportunity to join a growing digital agency at an exciting stage of its journey. As the first UK hire, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, working closely with leadership while helping shape the future direction of the business.
You'll be responsible for leading media strategy across Programmatic (CTV), Paid Social, and Paid Search, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and playing a key role in new business growth.
We're looking for someone who understands that great media planning isn't just about campaign delivery - it's about solving commercial challenges, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading media planning and buying across Programmatic (CTV), Paid Social, and Paid Search channels
- Acting as the senior strategic contact across a portfolio of client accounts
- Developing integrated media strategies aligned to client objectives and business goals
- Managing campaign performance, optimisation, reporting, and budget allocation
- Delivering strategic recommendations based on data, insights, and performance trends
- Leading client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions
- Supporting and leading new business pitches and growth opportunities
- Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive account growth
- Staying ahead of market trends, platform developments, and emerging media opportunities

About you:
- 6+ years' experience within paid media, digital marketing, or media agency environments
- Strong hands-on experience across Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search
- Experience planning and buying Connected TV (CTV) campaigns
- Proven experience leading client relationships and presenting strategies to senior stakeholders
- Strong new business pitching experience and commercial awareness
- Excellent analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign and business performance data
- Comfortable working autonomously within a fully remote environment
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
