About Us

We are a strategic partner for luxury travel and hospitality brands, bringing together the expertise of Matter Of Form and Perowne International. Our integrated offering spans SEO, paid media, CRM, editorial, content, social media, and web, delivering considered strategies with measurable results.
About You
You’re a paid media specialist with a strong command of Paid Social channels, from strategy through to execution. You understand how to build and manage impactful campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (TikTok and Pinterest a plus) and have the creative and analytical mindset to continuously refine them. Whilst we’re looking for someone with deep Paid Social experience, understanding and implementing Paid Search campaigns is also a requirement, giving you a broader lens on digital performance.
You are commercially aware, fluent in data, and able to connect campaign results to client business goals. You’re proactive, confident in managing client relationships, and passionate about the nuance of luxury – especially within travel and hospitality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
