About Us
We're an award-winning Social Media agency based in the UK that works with brands including Hartley’s Jelly & Jam, Bathroom Brands, BP, PlayOJO, AXA Investment Managers, Linda McCartney Foods, Virgin, Dow, and Avanti West Coast.
We are a collaborative mix of strategists, creatives, account managers, media planners, and buyers, united by a shared goal: creating work that earns people’s time and attention on social media.
About the Role
This is an opportunity for a paid social professional to take on greater ownership of campaigns and client relationships. Reporting to a Paid Media Account Director, you will work across media strategy, hands-on delivery, client management, and performance.
You will work closely with creative, strategy, production, and account teams to ensure paid media thinking is integrated from the outset and that ideas are set up to perform effectively.
You will manage paid social activity from brief to reporting across a range of B2C and B2B clients, including multi-market campaigns. You will translate platform data into clear recommendations, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to strengthening the paid media offering.
This is a hybrid role, with around two days per week in our London office and flexibility to work remotely on other days.
Responsibilities
As a Paid Media Account Manager at Cubaka, you will:
- Plan, build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Translate client briefs into clear multi-market media plans covering audiences, budgets, campaign structure, creative requirements, testing, and measurement.
- Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting accurately while maintaining high-quality campaign setup, tracking, and governance.
- Act as a key day-to-day client contact, communicating plans, performance, and next steps clearly and confidently.
- Define project scopes aligned to resources, set expectations, and support successful and commercially effective delivery.
- Deliver reporting that explains performance outcomes, provides insight, and recommends clear next steps.
- Work with creative and strategy teams to shape formats, messaging, asset variations, and test-and-learn plans for paid social.
- Identify trends, challenge assumptions, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Spot opportunities to improve results, test new approaches, and support account growth.
- Contribute to improving processes, tools, and ways of working, and support new business initiatives where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
