Paid Media Analyst (D2C Specialist Agency)
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: London (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

🎯 The Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst who thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting across key paid channels—working closely with strategists and creatives to drive measurable growth.
This isn’t a “set and forget” role. You’ll be in the engine room—testing, learning, scaling, and constantly pushing performance forward.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain reports that actually mean something (not just vanity metrics)
- Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve ROAS and CAC
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and scaling strategies for D2C brands
- Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and emerging channels
📊 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing
- Strong analytical mindset—you’re comfortable with data and love problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of D2C ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, etc.)
- Confident using Excel/Google Sheets (bonus if you love a pivot table)
- Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve performance
- Strong communication skills—you can explain the why, not just the what

- Experience working with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- Exposure to attribution tools (e.g. GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam)
- Creative testing experience or working closely with design teams
