The Role As a Paid Media Assistant
You will join a collaborative, high-performing team and get hands-on experience across paid search and social campaigns from day one.
You will work directly with leading brands, build real analytical skills, and be supported by people who are genuinely invested in your growth.
Paid Media Assistants at Vervaunt are focused on building their industry knowledge and developing an understanding of the foundations for paid media account management.
They ask questions, get curious and proactively drive their knowledge building by seeking out opportunities for learning, whether through training, knowledge sharing or on-the-job.
They work closely with their team to develop the skills required to support paid media campaign execution and start contributing to client growth.
This is a role that blends creativity with data: no two days look the same.

The Assessment Day
Our Assessment Day is how we find people who are the real deal.
Here is what to expect:
Two individual interviews - one to get to know you, one competency-based One group task - showing us how you think and collaborate One numerical reasoning test - no prior experience needed to prepare Time with the team - informal chats with existing Vervaunt employees so you can get a real feel for life here
What We Are Looking For
We hire for potential, not polish
Specifically, we look for:
Genuine curiosity about digital marketing and eCommerce Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data (Excel proficiency is a bonus) Clear, confident communication: in writing, presentations, and conversations The ability to build relationships and work well with others Any relevant work experience or self-led projects are a plus, but not required
