Paid Media Consultant (Retail)
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in-office)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Paid Media Consultant to support and optimise paid media campaigns for a portfolio of retail clients. You’ll work across core biddable channels, helping to deliver performance-led campaigns that drive revenue, efficiency, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone with solid hands-on paid media experience who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and working closely with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Execution & Optimisation
- Build, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social
- Support retail-focused strategies across search, shopping, and social platforms
- Optimise towards retail KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue, and efficiency
- Manage budgets, pacing, and in-flight optimisations

Performance Analysis & Insights
- Monitor performance daily and identify trends and opportunities
- Produce clear and accurate performance reporting
- Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Client & Team Collaboration
- Act as a day-to-day paid media contact for assigned retail clients
- Support performance updates, reporting, and recommendations
- Work closely with Managers, Account Leads, and channel specialists
- Collaborate with creative and data teams to improve performance
Continuous Improvement
- Support testing across creatives, audiences, keywords, and formats
- Stay up to date with platform updates, automation, and best practices
- Contribute to paid media documentation and process improvements
Skills & Experience

Required
- 2–4+ years of paid media or performance marketing experience
- Hands-on experience across paid search and/or paid social
- Experience working with retail or ecommerce accounts
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with clients
Preferred
- Agency experience
- Experience with Google Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with product feeds and retail performance metrics
Working Pattern
- Hybrid role with 3 days per week in our London office
- Remaining days worked remotely
