Paid Media Coordinator: Instagram, Pinterest & Google Ads

Contract Role: Part-Time Remote Coordinator (UK Time Zone) – 10 Hours/Week

About the Role

We’re seeking a great person—someone with integrity, curiosity, kindness, and reliability, as these qualities are hard to teach. The role is contract-based, part-time (10 hours/week, remote), with the potential to evolve over the next few months.

We’re looking for an organised, dependable, and proactive individual to support our small team at Designed Social. Initially, this will involve project coordination, client reporting, and administrative support, but we may grow the responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Client Reporting & Data Handling

  • Extract, format, and coordinate monthly reports for design-led clients in architecture and interiors.
  • Manage data pulls (Excel proficiency required) and ensure accurate reporting of performance metrics.
  • Utilise AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for organisational and analytical tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
