Are you a strategic thinker with deep paid media expertise and a passion for client success? Our client, a leading independent digital agency in London, is looking for a Digital Account Director / Paid Media Director to lead key accounts and drive performance at the highest level.
🎯 The Role
In this position, you’ll be the strategic lead across major client accounts, overseeing paid media strategy, ensuring campaign excellence, and building long-term partnerships. You’ll guide a talented team, shape innovative performance strategies, and play a key role in the agency’s continued growth.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
- Own senior-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Manage and mentor a team of account and media specialists
- Oversee reporting, insights, and recommendations to support client growth
- Collaborate with creative, data, and leadership teams to push boundaries
✅ What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in paid media, with strong agency-side experience
- Proven ability to lead strategy and manage major client relationships
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
- Deep platform expertise (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, etc.)
- Confident communicator with commercial acumen
