Paid Media Director

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Benefits

About Us

We're a fast-growing digital agency with a difference. Alongside delivering performance marketing for ambitious client brands, we also own and operate a portfolio of our own D2C ecommerce brands. That means we don't just advise clients—we build, scale and optimise businesses ourselves.

We're looking for a commercially minded Paid Media Director to lead paid acquisition across both our client portfolio and our in-house brands. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, improve performance and have a direct impact on business growth.

The Role

You'll own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta and other performance channels, balancing agency client delivery with the growth of our own ecommerce brands.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys both strategic planning and getting into the platforms when required. You'll work closely with senior leadership, creative, ecommerce and client services teams to deliver measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Leadership

  • Own paid media strategy across PPC and Paid Social
  • Develop channel strategies aligned to commercial objectives
  • Manage budgets ranging from thousands to six-figure monthly spends
  • Continuously improve ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV and overall marketing efficiency
  • Identify new opportunities across emerging platforms and channels

PPC

  • Lead Google Ads activity including:
    • Search
    • Shopping
    • Performance Max
    • Display
    • YouTube
  • Drive account structure improvements, bidding strategies and feed optimisation
  • Work with tracking and attribution to maximise performance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
