Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead paid media strategy for premium e-commerce clients from initial planning through to execution and optimisation.
- Analyse commercial performance including CAC, LTV, and broader business metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, leading strategic conversations, reporting, and QBRs.
- Mentor and develop Senior Paid Media Managers and Executives to raise overall team performance.
- Drive cross-channel paid media performance across Meta and Paid Search campaigns.

Essential Experience
- Minimum 7 years’ professional experience managing Meta paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Paid Search and broader multi-channel performance marketing strategies.
- Experience working with e-commerce brands, ideally within premium or high-consideration sectors.
- Ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience interpreting attribution, incrementality, and performance measurement data.
Salary
£70,000 – £80,000
