The Opportunit yWe're partnering with an ambitious independent agency looking to appoint a Paid Media Director to lead the strategic direction, performance and growth of a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clients
. This is an opportunity for an experienced paid media specialist to step into a senior leadership role, combining client strategy, team leadership and commercial responsibility. You'll work closely with agency leadership to shape client growth strategies, develop the paid media offering and drive exceptional results across a range of established and challenger brand

The R oleAs Paid Media Director, you will be responsible for leading the agency's paid media function, overseeing campaign performance, client relationships and team developme nt.You will act as the senior strategic lead across a portfolio of retail and ecommerce accounts, ensuring campaigns deliver against commercial objectives while identifying opportunities for growth and innovati
on. Key Responsibili tiesLead the paid media strategy for a portfolio of retail and ecommerce clie nts.Act as senior client lead, building trusted relationships with key stakehold ers.Oversee the planning, execution and optimisation of multi-channel paid media campai gns.Drive performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping and other digital acquisition chann els.Develop full-funnel customer acquisition and growth strateg ies.Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendati ons.Identify opportunities to increase client investment, improve efficiency and deliver incremental gro wth.Lead, mentor and develop a team of paid media speciali sts.Ensure best practice across campaign management, reporting and measurem ent.Work closely with creative, analytics and client services teams to deliver integrated soluti ons.Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiati ves.Manage budgets, forecasting and commercial performance across client accou
