Paid Media Director
Paid Media Director – Ticket Sales & Entertainment 📍 Remote 💰 Salary: Up to £50,000
We’re partnered with a growing entertainment business seeking a Paid Media Director to lead digital campaigns for driving ticket sales and organisation growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in performance marketing, scaling campaigns, maximising return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving conversions within entertainment or live events.
What You’ll Face
Responsibilities
- Lead Paid Media strategy across Paid Social, PPC, and conversion-focused campaigns
- Drive ticket sales results for live events, tours, festivals, and entertainment
- Manage budgets, optimisation, reporting, and forecasting
- Analyse audience behaviour and performance data to enhance conversion rates and ROI
- Oversee media buying across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Mentor and lead junior team members
- Collaborate closely with clients, promoters, and creative teams

Requirements
- Strong Paid Social and PPC experience
- Proven history of driving ticket sales or eCommerce conversions
- Familiarity with managing large campaign budgets and optimizing performance metrics
- Previous management or leadership experience
- Agency or entertainment industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
