Job Title: Paid Media Executive
Location: Central London (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + performance-based bonus

The Role
This Paid Media Executive role sits within the performance team and focuses on cross-channel Paid Media campaign delivery. While experience in Paid Social is essential, you’ll gain exposure to PPC and other channels as part of a fully integrated approach.

You’ll play a key role in campaign activation, optimisation, and performance analysis, working closely with Paid Media Managers and Client Leads to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the activation and optimisation of cross-channel Paid Media campaigns
- Managing and optimising campaigns, with opportunities to expand into other platforms
- Monitoring performance data and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive growth
- Assisting with campaign builds, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management
- Supporting reporting processes, analysing results, and preparing insights for client reviews
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Contributing to ongoing testing, innovation, and performance improvements
What They’re Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months experience managing Paid Media campaigns within a media agency (LinkedIn experience required)
- A strong understanding of Paid Media fundamentals and performance optimisation
- A genuine interest in developing cross-channel expertise across Paid Social and other platforms
- Analytical mindset with confidence working with data and performance metrics
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and keen to progress within Paid Media
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
