Paid Media Executive

We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in driving innovative and high-performing campaigns across multiple media platforms. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns, with strong knowledge of Meta, Google, LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone is curious, analytical, and is passionate about delivering measurable results for clients. If you have a proactive mindset, a data-driven approach, and a natural ability to build relationships, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage paid media campaigns end-to-end, independently build, optimise, troubleshoot and improve campaign performance. Work across multiple departments - account management and creative teams - to maintain momentum across retainers and projects. Develop innovative and strategic media approaches that align with client goals, leveraging new platform formats and techniques. Stay ahead of industry trends and share thought leadership on platform innovations, paid media strategies, and emerging social trends. Share insights both internally and externally on digital media buying, tools and measurement. Build strong relationships with clients, platform representatives, and software partners to maximize campaign success. Generate detailed campaign analysis and insights that drive continuous improvement based on detailed KPI tracking and understanding. Present monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations in a clear and engaging manner. Maintain reliable tracking, including UTMs, pixel events, platform integrations. Push reporting excellence through utilisation of automated dashboards.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience

Essential

Previous hands-on experience with paid social ads managers within Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, paid search such as Google, YouTube, GDN, Pmax. Experience with tracking set-ups, UTMs, dashboard maintenance and analytics tools - GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google DV360. Client facing experience.

Desirable (Bonus Skills)

Experience with Sprout, Meltwater, Supermetrics, RivalIQ, or a willingness to learn these tools.
