About us

We are SMRS. A global brand, culture and communications business that believes opportunity should be open to all.

We open doors. For people, for ideas and for organisations ready to change for the better. We think bigger to challenge assumptions and explore new ideas. We give a damn about the work we do and the impact it makes. And we add colour to every project with our personalities and our collective thinking.

We're also committed to creating a positive impact. From sustainability to social purpose, you'll be part of a company that values diversity, champions inclusion and supports the world we're helping to shape.

What you'll be doing

As a Paid Media Executive, you'll help deliver high-performing digital campaigns for household-name organisations and leading education institutions. Working with colleagues across the agency and clients, you'll support the planning, activation, optimisation and reporting of campaigns that drive measurable results. This will involve:

  • Setting up, managing, optimising and reporting on Paid Search and Performance Media campaigns
  • Managing campaign and feed setup, alongside ongoing campaign maintenance and optimisation
  • Creating campaign reports, dashboards and performance analysis for clients and internal teams
  • Implementing and monitoring tracking, tagging and measurement solutions
  • Supporting the development of campaign proposals and long-term digital strategies
  • Using data and insight to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and future growth
  • Working collaboratively to ensure campaigns deliver accurately, on time and against objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
