About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious Paid Media Executive to drive growth and optimise our paid media strategy across multiple channels. This commercially driven role focuses on:

You will lead:
- Planning & execution of campaigns
- Execution & optimisation
- Cross-team collaboration with brand, CRM, and commercial teams
Essential Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven track record in managing and scaling budgets
- Strong analytical mindset, with data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on experience with KPIs like ROAS and CPA
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets

Desired Skills
- Experience in hospitality, e-commerce, or multi-site businesses
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and attribution modelling
- Experience with TikTok Ads or emerging ad channels
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced commercial environments
Training in brand values, products, and service standards will be provided.
