Paid Media Executive - Independent Digital Agency
Full-Time | Hybrid 3 days on site.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
I am working with a fantastic Independent Digital Brand Agency, who are looking for a Paid Media Executive to join their growing digital and creative agency, that partners with premium, high-growth and luxury brands across ecommerce, lifestyle, fashion and beauty.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role perfect for someone who has spent a couple of years in a digital agency and is ready to step up into more ownership, responsibility, and client leadership. We are looking for strong META-ADS experience and e-commerce execution experience.
You’ll be the central link between clients and internal specialists, ensuring smooth delivery, clear communication, and best-in-class execution across paid media, organic social, and wider digital activity, on Meta ads.
Role Overview
You’ll manage several key accounts, guiding clients through their digital activity (meta-ads, google ads) while coordinating internal content, media, and strategy teams. You’ll oversee delivery timelines, performance updates, KPIs, reporting, and opportunities for account growth.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
