What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Supporting campaign builds, ad copy creation and creative testing
  • Monitoring performance and reporting on CTR, CPA, ROAS and other key metrics
  • Helping with budget management and identifying opportunities to improve performance
  • Working closely with a talented, collaborative team

What they're looking for:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a paid media or PPC role
  • Good understanding of Google Ads and paid media principles
  • Comfortable working with data and presenting insights
  • A creative mindset with a curiosity for testing and improving
  • Agency background preferred
  • Google Ads certification a bonus

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 DOE

Location: Warwickshire - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
