About Passion
Passion exists to partner with brands of any size, using purpose-led storytelling and collaborative creativity to drive meaningful growth.
Based in Liverpool, we work with ambitious businesses across a range of industries, combining paid media, creative, video production, web development, SEO and social media to deliver marketing that makes a measurable impact.
We believe the best results come from bringing strategy, creativity and performance together. Our teams work collaboratively, challenging ideas, testing new approaches and constantly looking for better ways to help our clients grow.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Paid Media Executive to join our growing performance team. If you're looking for a role where you'll have real responsibility, direct exposure to clients and the opportunity to develop quickly, we'd love to hear from you.
About The Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Executive to help manage the day-to-day running of paid social and paid search campaigns across a varied client portfolio.
This is a hands-on role. You'll be in the accounts every week, building campaigns, managing budgets, reviewing performance and contributing to the strategic thinking behind the work. You'll have senior support and mentoring around you, but we're looking for someone who is already comfortable working inside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
You'll spend a lot of time analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and understanding what is driving results. You'll also work closely with our creative team, helping shape advertising assets by contributing ideas on messaging, creative direction and testing.
Our clients span lead generation, healthcare, professional services, ecommerce and consumer brands, giving you the opportunity to work across a wide variety of industries and challenges.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
