About the Job

We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and data-minded Paid Media Executive. Social media advertising experience (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads), account management/ client-facing ability and data analysis skills are paramount for success in this role.

You will support the development and execution of paid media campaigns, through performance optimisations and campaign activation. You'll work closely with our Account Managers to manage day-to-day relationships and execution, as well as supporting the development of creative and campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Execution

  • Build flawless Meta ads and campaigns across a variety of account structures and funnel-stages
  • Ensure the client’s brand image is accurately presented across copy, creative, and placement
  • Carry out optimisations

Creative Strategy, Research and Analysis

Account Management

  • Day to day execution point of contact for our clients
  • Plan ads and manage expectations
  • Create weekly and monthly client reports providing insights
  • Join client calls, creating agendas and taking notes

Other Channels - Google Ads, TikTok and Pinterest Execution

  • Google - implement Performance Max, Search and YouTube campaigns
  • TikTok & Pinterest - build, optimise, and manage campaigns and ads

Digital Marketing & E-commerce Strategy

  • Help build and present on-brand, clear and well formatted presentations e.g. monthly reports, strategy docs, one pagers, QBRs, media plans

Experience & Knowledge

  • At least 2 years experience in a role focused on Paid Media (Meta and Google primarily) execution in e-commerce - ideally in an agency setting
  • Basic understanding of the digital landscape and marketing, including e-commerce strategy, brand strategy, social media, and customer behaviour
  • Client and account management skills
  • Passion for paid advertising and up-to-date knowledge on the latest trends and products in the industry
  • Ability to comfortably manage a number of competing priorities in a high pressure environment
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing execution with a focus on Meta and Google Ads
  • E-commerce and fashion interest and experience
